Help I am melting

This morning human came to the field minus breakfast. Uh oh that means work I thought. The water wasn't frozen today. Still cold though. Human wrapped up like an onion again.

Human did the normal cleaning and stuff. Faffed about with the trick fence gate. Then went through to Rosie. How rude.

She took Rosies rug off. Poor Rose having to run in the field in her underwear. Very nice red fleecy underwear I might add.

Back to me and on with my headcollar. Walked out my the field and towards the yard to the distant strains of Rosie shouting and the thunder of her hooflets.

We walked the long way round the village. On the yard human decided to take the mud off that I had spent ages carefully placing all over me.

 My fluff started coming out......eeeek. I am melting. I think it's a bit silly to start melting just now it's rather cold out there. I do hope I don't get my lovely shiney summer coat until it warms up a bit.

Human measured me with that tape thing again. She still can't do it right, she must be catching her fingers under the tape, I can't possibly weigh that much.

Breakfast was served. Yum. Human and I shared a banana again this morning.

Off back to the field. Only this time we went the long way round the village again. We didn't turn into my gate but carried on down the bridlepath. Rosie was charging up and down. Looking stunning as always even in her red underwear.

We turned at the bench and stopped to have a chat to a dog walker with a lovely well behaved black lab. I like well behaved woofies. I don't like it when they chase me though. This one didn't. She just wanted to sniff me.

Back to my field and away I go. Human went to put Rosies rug back on. I got a mint when human had finished faffing.

She spent some more time doing some chopping. She will finish that side tomorrow.

Oh no it's started snowing....
