Wow the weather was horrendous today. At least human thought so. If she was expecting to see me cowering under the trees seeking shelter from the rain and wind she was sadly mistaken. I (big brave hairy girl that I am) was out in the middle of the field doing what I do best.
I came in with human and went in my room for a munch and to dry off. I was a tad soggy. I had said I would wait to greet new Rosie when she arrived. They had a long journey in horrid weather condition but arrived safe and sound.
She is ginger....oh my goodness is she ever. Almost glow in the dark ginger. She settled straight away, very laid back and chilled. Obviously my calming influence.
As the weather was so bad human said I could spend the night in my room and keep Rosie company on her first night in a new home. I had plenty to eat and lots to drink so I didn't mind.
Took hours for me to dry off properly.
Tomorrow we go out.
Isn't this weather beep beep awful Zoe? I am pleased to hear Rosie arrived safe, and that you had a room mate for the night. Yes I would be just like your human I would worry about you out in the wind and rain! When it is windy just don't yawn in case you turn inside out :-) X
