Peace and Quiet

The interloper has sorted himself out. He understands who is who in the hierarchy and he is right at the bottom. All is peace and quiet most of the time.

We all had our pedicure by Tom Hoofy last week. Monkey is now looking much better but it's going to take a few trims to get them how they should be. He was well behaved for Tom. Next month he gets his teeth done. 

Human is 100% sure Monkey has cushings. Sadly his owner was told not to bother testing as they won't treat Monkey as he is too old by another livery. They also told his owner that the cushings test will give him laminitis ( its just a simple blood test) and the medication causes laminitis. So it's understandable that based on that false information his owner hasn't had him tested. However after human spoke to him he has agreed to get him tested and  see where that leads. 

Monkey is sucking up to human. Whenever she is in the field he follows her around and demands attention. When I do that I get when I do that?  "bugger off Bob". Not Monkey oh no he is flavour of the month. So unfair. He has human wrapped round his little hoof. Clever boy.

We now have a one eyed fox to go with the rabbit with a shredded ear and the squirrel with half a tail. Disabilities are us in our field.
