Come on now play fair

Human was early today. She did the chores and I came in with her, stopping for a wee munch of salad en route. No Frankie today to chat to. I did have some yummy munch in my room. I stayed in there for a while so human could have a cuppa.

When she had done I got brushed, my hooflets cleaned and dressed ready for taking human for a ride. Oh please not in the school again........Oh right ok well done human. Off we set.
Out the yard and I nearly died of shock when we turned towards the main busy A road. Blimey we aren't going over the road are we? My goodness oh yes we are. Well done human for getting your mojo back.
There were lots of those cement mixer lorries about. They bothered human but not me. You are safe with me human you know I will look after you. No need to get all hot and bothered about a few lorries, even if they are big and noisy.

A nice car stopped to let us cross the road. See some drivers are considerate. Onto the bridlepath that leads to the space centre and beyond. Human said (when I stopped for a toilet break) I clearly heard......WE ARE ONLY GOING AS FAR AS THE HUT... off we plod. I was walking smartly. Human was relaxed and enjoying watching the wildlife playing in the field. We can't go into the farmers field as he has  now ploughed it up.

So when we reach the hut, remembering what human said earlier, she only decides that as I am walking so nicely we can go a bit further........excuse me human come on now play fair, YOU said "We are only going to the hut". I tried hard to tell her by spinning and turning round showing her the way home but she was grumpy and wouldn't have it. However a spark must have finally reached her brain as we didn't go much further  and not nearly as far as the space centre before she realised her mistake and asked me to turn round and go home. Thankyou for finally listening to me, it was after all you who suggested only going as far as the hut.

Back to the busy main road, yet more big lorries. We didn't have to wait long before being able to cross back over. A nice trot through the village and back to the yard.
When we got back I ate some more munch and had my breakfast. On with some perfume and back out to the field.

Human isn't coming tomorrow she is going out with the Grandfoal, the Stallion and OMF to Warwick castle. Lucky for me Frank is loaning me TW and she is going to bring me some breakfast and make sure I am ok.
