On hopped.....well ok so human hoisted herself on board. I stood nicely while she sorted out her stirrups then..OMG we went straight out the yard. Not only did we go round the village but all the way down the bridlepath. ON OUR OWN. The poncey warmbloods stood nicely by the gate when we went past. Rose didn't explode and she was standing nicely as we went by. Only problem is I can't seem to please human. I was being extra extra careful with her as I know she is going through a wimpy phase so what does she do? Only calls me a plod. I mean come on human. If I had stepped out smartly you would have got scared so give over calling me names.
We saw a loose dog and two humans. It's ok human it's the lab that isn't in the least bit interested in me. Human was ok about him even stopped to have a chat with the humans.
We made it all the way to the end and turned round. There are lots of nasty rabbit holes so have to be careful where I put my tootsies.
Back we came past the big boys, they still didn't bother running about, past Rose, she was still standing watching the world go by. We even had a wee trot up the hill. Uh oh at the top just by the road (and we can hear a car coming) was a loose dog. No sign of it's human. Phew it's human arrived. To be honest it wasn't interested in me.
Back down through the village and home. Archie was safely tucked up inside the house, not that he bothers me.
Yummy a nice breakfast with both veggybols and I am pleased to see some salad again. You have been a bit lazy about picking salad just lately haven't you human. Are you trying to make up for what you did to my nightie yesterday?
When I had eaten it was time to go back out to my field. I headed straight for the new grass just in case human decided to take it away again but she didn't.
Off went human with her bag to pick more salad for me. Bye human.
