FIRE!

We are all OK. 

Our field caught fire. It was so very scary. 

Human has had her surgery and had to watch the drama unfolding through the cctv. 

It was caused by the overhead power cables sparking. 

Lucky for us some humans were working nearby and heard the explosion then smelt smoke. They called the fire brigade who got to us really quickly. 

The electricity people's were called and got there quickly to make repairs. 

The Stallion rushed over as soon as he got the phone call ready to evacuate us but it wasn't needed. 

If it had happened overnight our whole field could have burnt. I don't need to tell you how scary that thought is. 

Because it was reported straightaway we've only lost about 400 sq m of field and a few fence posts.

Monkey and I were really scared Zoe just stood watching telling us to calm down. 

Human is in a lot of pain still and can't walk far. She had planned on sitting in our field while The Stallion did the jobs. She can't now as the chairs got caught in the fire.
